- Issue tickets within 24 hours after seat confirmation and at least 3 days before departure of the first leg

- Passenger has to travel the same flights of which travel dates and flight numbers are shown on the tickets.
- Refund/Rebook:
- o Rebookable at change fee of 100,000VND/ticket
- o Rebook: Allowed at the change fee of 100,000VND/ticket. Changes must be made at least 3 days before departure.
Hotel surcharge/cancellation policy:
- Cancellation: Deadline 21days prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night charge applies
