The Windsor Plaza Hotel is a deluxe 405-room hotel, located within a shopping, convention and entertainment complex in the Cholon Chinatown area. The lower four levels of the hotel complex are comprised of nearly 1,500 small shops, a large supermarket, a game room, and a popular coffeehouse.
The 25-story property stands in Cholon (historic Chinatown) and is driving distance from Saigon’s business district. Since the hotel is the tallest building in its district, each of its rooms feature views of the city.
The hotel offers full facilities, including four restaurants, cafes and bars, a discotheque, ample meeting space, a business center, a fitness center and spa, and an outdoor swimming pool.
 Location
The Windsor Plaza is located in centrally in Ho Chi Minh City in the historic Chinatown area, Cholon. Places of interest nearby include St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, Quan Am Pagoda, Thien Hau Pagoda, Nghia An Hoi Quan, Tam Son Hoi Quan. It is approximately 20 minutes to the city center and central business districts, and 30 minutes to the airport.

- Café Central An Dong: Located on 4th floor, New York theme restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating for up to 500 people with the most extensive international buffet dinner in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as ala carte menu.
- Ngan Dinh Chinese Restaurant & Club: Located on fifth floor, elegant Chinese restaurant with dim sum and Cantonese, Chao Zhou and Szechuan cuisine. The restaurant has 12 private dining rooms seating 10-40 people, as well as an adjacent supper club open nightly.
