Serene and pure, Knai Bang Chatt, an exquisite lifestyle resort, will enchant guests. Three renovated villas built in the 1970s by protégés of Vann Molyvann, a pupil of the world renounced Le Corbusier, are extraordinary historical landmarks guests can now experience as your very own private home.
The whole resort is made up of eleven rooms that are individually decorated with its own identity and taste. The villas are designed with large terraces open to breathtaking views of the sea and islands. The surrounding garden space is perfect for yoga and meditation.

Facilities & wellness
Relaxation and basking in tranquility is a key element at Knai Bang Chatt. Guests can get an invigorating massage by qualified Shiatsu therapists by the beach or beside our salt water infinity pool.
One can also unwind in seclusion during a yoga or meditation session while absorbing the magnificent panorama from one of the room's terraces. Sessions are guided by experienced professional yoga and meditation teachers.
Sailing Club
The sailing club is the ideal sunset bar and restaurant on the Kep's coastal line, with the ability to host up to 50 people for a proper sit down dinner.
The restaurant and bar is a former fishermen's house built with a pier and a dock where you can swim and sunbathe or simply sit to watch the sunset and fishing boats returning home with their catches.
