Imperial Restaurant: With a capacity of 600 seats, it is the first restaurant in Vietnam having four–side–open kitchen, serving European, Asian and Vietnamese dishes, specializing in the real cuisine of Hue’s royalty of the past. The outdoor garden of the restaurant is perfect for diners who want a romantic atmosphere or for close meetings or private conversations.
Yoshihara Restaurant: With 80 seats, this Japanese restaurant provides service in the manner of the Japanese and materials and flavors imported from Japan.
Piano Bar & Café: Located on the ground floor, looking out over a gracious and spacious garden, Piano Bar & Café boasts melodies from the piano played by skillful and spiritual artists in the evening.
King's Panorama Bar: The King’s Panorama Bar occupies the whole top floor of the building with an outdoor garden, a concert hall and a VIP area with lavish sofas and service of fine cigars. An experience not to be missed in Hue.

The hotel includes 195 rooms and suites of 5-star standard, with two floors of non-smoking rooms and 3 rooms reserved for the disabled. All the hotel’s rooms have antique furniture and overlook the panorama of Hue City and the Huong River.

The Imperial Hotel is a large
structure located several blocks from the Perfume River
but still in a relatively central touristed area. It has a nice big lobby with lofted ceilings,
though it lacks character.
Even though it’s a large
building, it doesn’t feel like a big corporate hotel in the rooms themselves,
as they have very nice furnishings and are generally well-done. All rooms have wooden floors, comfortable
beds, and nice views of the city from well-soundproofed windows. The bathrooms have a nice marble finish and
great standing showers.
The swimming pool is located
on a nice deck with great views of the city. The pool itself is small but
clean. The workout facilities are less
than adequate.
There is a very nice spa
area in the hotel, probably the nicest one in Hue. Most treatments cost upwards of $25
USD. The hotel also has the best views
of the city from its rooftop bar. There
are several other bars and eateries, including an acclaimed Japanese
restaurant. A buffet breakfast is
included in the room rate.
Overall this hotel tends
toward a business vibe, but has nice comfortable rooms and some great views of
the city.
