Located on a small piece of land set on the beach in the middle of Mui Né Bay, the Coco Beach Resort has 31 bungalows and villas, all facing the private Beach and the ocean. Thatched roof bungalows and villas provide privacy and traditional charm while also offering international standards of comfort and modern conveniences.
The resort offers an outdoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and beach-side massages. In addition, Coco Beach offers a fully-equipped meeting room for up to 40 persons, plus business facilities including Internet access and email.
Coco Beach Resort was set up in 1995 and is privately-owned and managed by a French - German couple.
Location
The hotel is located on the beach in the middle of Mui Ne Bay, near Phan Thiet town, a fishing village, and historic sites such as the 8th century Cham towers and Duc Thanh School. Mui Ne is approximately 3.5 hours drive from Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.

Coco Beach resort offers 28 bungalows and 3 villas.
All bungalows and villas are equipped with air-conditioning, mosquito nets, mini bar, hot water, IDD telephone and standard room amenities (bathroom towels, bathroom amenities etc.).
Bungalows - 35 sqm. with sea view terraces. Bungalows are one-bedroom with a queen size bed or 2 twin beds, a bathroom with shower only, and a private terrace with view of the beach.
Villas - 92 sqm. with sea views. Villas have 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen size bed and another with 2 single beds and each bedroom with its own bathroom., as well as a common living room and a large private terrace facing the beach. Villas can accommodate up to 5 adults or 2 adults and 3 children with an extra bed (extra person charges may apply).

With French ownership, Coco Beach was the first resort opened in Mui Ne, and it has handled its age (12 years) well. While some of its facilities and rooms are a bit outdated, it has a unique and relaxed feel that keeps it popular.
Coco Beach boasts one of the best beachfronts in Mui Ne - a long strip of beach lined with beach chairs and umbrellas. It is centrally located in the heart of the main strip of Mui Ne resorts, and in the center of the kite surfing action, and yet the beach yet does not feel crowded or overtaken with the kite surfers as some of its neighbor resorts do.
Unfortunately, the pool is not as quite as nice as the beach. It is a bit small and outdated and the pool area is more of a make-shift lawn, but it is sufficient, and is good for kids with a children's pool and grass space to run around. Near the pool and beach are a number of hammocks to relax away the day.
The "bungalows" are wood stilt-houses. The furnishings, and particularly the bathrooms, are outdated, and yet they remain charming, especially the private terraces, each with a comfortable couch. The bungalows nearest to the beach have fabulous views. There are also villas which have two bedrooms, a shared living space, and a large terrace. There are only 31 bungalows and villas in total, placed far enough from each other, giving it a spacious and private feel.
There are two restaurants and a bar - a French restaurant that is only open for dinner, a lovely open-air Western & Vietnamese restaurant that is overlooking the beach with nightly BBQ, and a relaxed open-air bar with outdoor seating just off the beach. In addition, the resort offers an outdoor area for basic massage and pedicure/manicure - short on privacy, but nice for the view and sounds of the ocean.
All in all, there are more luxurious options in Mui Ne, but it's hard to go wrong with Coco Beach, especially for beach lovers who are less interested in a fancy pool and spa.
