The Chain First Eden Hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi between Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and the historic Old Quarter, a few steps from the city’s main shopping area and within walking distance of the business district.
In addition to 42 rooms, the hotel also offers a restaurant & bar, conference facilities, and other recreation facility services.

The Chain First Eden Hotel is located on Phan Dinh Phung, a quietly shaded one-way street in the heart of Hanoi between Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and the historic Old Quarter.
It is about 40 minutes from Noi Bai International Airport.

This hotel offers decent
value for the money, but it’s not an altogether exciting option. The hotel looks and feels a bit like a
state-owned hotel - with outdated and worn furnishings and a tired feel.
The lobby and the elevator
put it one notch above a budget hotel, and the restaurant/bar have nice views
but also a worn appearance. The rooms
and restaurant with breakfast buffet are fine and clean, just also a bit
worn.
The location at the top of
the Old Quarter is central, but not within easy walking distance to Hoan Kiem
Lake. Located at a busy intersection, the sounds of
traffic can be heard in the rooms, even on the upper floors.
The staff’s English is okay,
and they seem friendly and helpful enough.
When we were there, the
hotel did not seem to have a lot of customers, but it is said to be popular
with tour groups and budget travelers.
