The Blue Ocean Resort is located directly on the Mui Ne beach and features traditional architecture using natural stone and coconut wood.
The Resort offers guest rooms and bungalows with all modern amenities and an outdoor swimming pool, access to water sports, a swim-up pool bar, a children’s playground, an Irish pub, and two restaurants.

The Blue Ocean Resort is situated on the beautiful Mui Ne Beach, just a short 10 minutes drive from Phan Thiet City.
Driving time from Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City to the Blue Ocean Resort is approximately 3.5 hours.

The Blue Ocean Resort changed management during 2007, and reopened after a substantial renovation in early 2008 under the management of the Life Resorts group, which have several high-end hotels in Vietnam.
Facilities were all completely upgraded during the renovation, and the resort is now one of the more attractive and upscale along the beach. The pool is lovely and relatively large (although water gets as warm as bath water). The open-air restaurant is also large and attractive and overlooks both the beach and the pool. While food and service could be improved, it is a nice setting.
Recently renovated rooms are modern, upscale and comfortable with all new furnishings including flat-screen TVs and look more like an upscale apartment than a seaside resort. All bungalows have private balcony with couches to relax outside. The bathrooms are completely new, with open shower, and seaview bungalows have the added benefit of a lovely private outdoor stone tub and shower.
After reopening, the new staff are still lacking in English lanaguge and customer service skills, although hopefully this will improve over time under new management.
The Blue Ocean is centrally located in the prime area of Mui Ne Beach, and occupies a prime stretch of private beach, with its own beach chairs and umbrellas overlooking the beach.
