The Binh Minh Sunrise I & II are two sister midrange budget hotels with central location, only 5 minutes from the Huong River and the Citadel.
The Sunrise Hotels offer 36 rooms in total between the two hotels with modern amenities, including air conditioning, refrigerator/minibar, and satellite TV, as well as free pick up from the train station.
Large balconies are available on most floors, with views of Imperial Hue.

This place is located a
little further away from the river than one would hope for, but still within
the central tourist area of Hue.
The staff makes this place
worth staying at. There is a friendly backpacker vibe, but without the grime
and decrepitude that normally accompanies backpacker hotels.
The rooms are plain but
clean, with soft comfortable beds and well-tended bathrooms.
The lobby of the hotel is
well-lit, with tables to one side where tasty and well-priced meals are
served. There are also three computers
that provide quick Internet access.
