By the beginning of April, 2007, iVIVU joined up with an established travel partner and officially became part of the larger Thien Minh group ownerships. The Thien Minh Ltd company which also includes Buffalo Tours, Intrepid Indochina (a joint-venture between Thien Minh and Intrepid Travel in Australia), CholonTourist, as well as other tourism properties in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos has become a joint stock company in October, 2008.

| What does iViVu mean? |
| “Vi Vu” in Vietnamese means to travel around with friends or loved ones, perhaps not having a specific destination in mind, but with a happy heart and warm feelings. The “I” is English to say “I vi vu” like “I travel”. |
